How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Reach us via WhatsApp or email (details below)
  3. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  4. We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a refund within 2–3 business days

Eligible Items for Return

  • Damaged or broken products
  • Spoiled or expired food items
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh produce that has been used or partially consumed
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. For Zelle or cash payments, refunds will be processed via the same method.
